LAVENDER FLOWERS In Hoodoo Folk Magic, Spell-Craft, and Occultism
LAVENDER FLOWERS are a sweet-smelling herb. We believe that they have been used by many people for the purpose of bringing Good Luck in Love Affairs. According to one author, to win the love you desire, you should wear a sachet filled with LAVENDER FLOWER at your bosom. We have been told this is as strong for drawing love from members of the same sex as it is from the opposite sex. We also hear that among married couples LAVENDER FLOWER are combined with Rose Buds and placed beneath the bed to aid in satisfying conjugal relations. And some folks tell us that they make the flowers into a tea and add it to floor wash to bring Peace to the Home and Faithfulness to the Marriage.
